Mix:
1 liter of hydrogen peroxide 3%
1 / 4 cup baking soda
and 2 tablespoons of dishwashing liquid (not the dishwasher, but the sink)

Then bath your dog with the mixture.
Make sure the mixture in a bucket or large container, because it bubbles.

I tried this on my dog when he was sprayed by a skunk, and it worked. Tomato juice works on humans, and that seeps into the pores and clears the unpleasant odor of skunk for dogs, but the smell penetrates the skin even worse.
