In my area, a background check is usually your credit report and a criminal background check of the district court.

An order for mental health appears to be a criminal, at least in my area.

If you have no work, is entitled to see the results of background checks, you can all the information that you believe is wrong to deny. If you have rejected, because the order of their application was granted, they may be able to explain that it was not an arrest or conviction for an offense.

Good luck in your job search.

do not worry. There is nothing you can do when you do this, but to be honest and to not be ashamed. Tell them that U have achieved great things in your life, including his experience in rehab if desired.

Did u ask the mentally ill?
Are u in rehab?
Is this your positive development?
U know how many people they should not in rehab, but will? - I would have a big problem, and fewer jobs.
If someone so shortsighted that you can not see the positive points, NEXT.

My experience is that it does not appear. You mean that in a psychiatric facility against his will, is not committed in connection with the commission of a crime.
