I read somewhere that if you book your first night is at a station, the price at this rate, even if during his trip to increase from point values. Is that true?

That is not true. We are the owners of DVC for five years and have never seen such a thing as you describe. Point values to follow, not only the stations, but during the week on the weekends. Point values for Friday and Saturday are more than twice as high as from Monday through Thursday for identical homes.
