You can do the use of leaders,
Type (enter)
You can block with 3 elements:
a point;
Point attribute number;
a description of the attributes
Attribute is an editable text (attrib command) for the block
When you insert the block, you can change the default value for the attribute.
Use Change DDATTE to number one, and after the block prepared Description
